Listen. Love. Launch.
Mission
To support the work of Christ in proclaiming the good news, freedom for prisoners, & recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free and proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor*. (*Lk 4:18)
OUR VISION
More freedom. More leaders. A changed world.
What we do
Listen.
To the spirit. To people. To needs. To what is happening- in and around us. Carefully and thoughtfully. For a time. Some times a long time.
Love
Love enough to do something. That’s what we do.
Launch.
We are called to launch things and people to change the world.
CURRENT PROJECT
Proclaim Ministries
For the many. And for the one.
Proclaim Ministries begins with one student-athlete.
We are building support for her education because we believe investing deeply in one life will ultimately bless many.
We believe this young woman is called to be a world changer. Through Proclaim Ministries, we have the opportunity to help lay part of the educational bedrock for that calling—nurturing the wisdom, compassion, character, and leadership from which her future ministry can grow.
Today, it begins with one.
We can’t wait to discover where it leads.
The Why
“The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.” Luke 4:18–19
This is referring to Christ, and is the heartbeat behind Ambleside Discoveries.
